We Work With You

At HOA of Utah, our staff has over 20 years of experience in construction and project management services. We are intimately knowledgeable of  all aspects of what it takes to keep your community in tip top shape, including: HVAC, boilers, chillers, roofs, concrete work, framing, painting, concrete, sidewalks, parking garages, elevators, drywall repairs, plumbing, electrical, pool, spas, landscaping, and regulations & codes, to name just a few! We will 1) identify the work that is needed, and 2) develop specifications with your HOA on the tasks and sub-tasks required for the project. No detail is too small. We will work closely with the contractor, architect, planners, and inspectors to make sure the job is done right. We will oversee the project from start to finish, and this is usually at no additional cost to the HOA as it is included in your management fee!

Request for Proposals (RFPs)

With guidance from your HOA, we will prepare an RFP for an approved bidder’s list, and we will make sure that the contractors are bidding apples to apples.

Contractor Screening

Whether it is an new contractor or an existing one that we have used before, rest assured that all of them will be screened prior to performing any work. We make sure that all contractors are licensed, bonded, and insured, thus reducing any issues or liabilities.

Bidding policy

Our policy is to obtain at least three (3) bids for any work over $1,000. Most of the time, we will send out RFPs to more than three, especially if it is a bigger project. Competition often leads to lower prices for the same work to be performed.
